The Airport currently has 2 Terminals, with Terminal 3 due to open in March 2010. Malaga Airport, has flight connections to 60 countries worldwide. In 2010, a brand new runway, is due to open, but no date has yet been given.
In 2009, Malaga Airport, was the 33rd busiest in Europe. With the large amount of Flight Connections to countries as far as North America, Malaga Airport can only grow stronger, in the upcoming years.
